Yes. The account owner can pause from Settings → Your subscription and pick the date to start again. Nothing is charged while you're paused, and everything is waiting for you when you come back.
Yes, any time, in Settings → Your subscription: click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want. A bigger plan charges the difference for the rest of the period right away; a smaller one credits it to your next bill.
No. Cancel any time, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
No. Every plan has them: per-push, per-salting, hourly and seasonal pricing, and urgent jobs that alert your crew and go to the first one who accepts. The alarm needs the LawnClock app (1.3.3 or later) on the crew's phones; everyone also gets an email.
No. Export your customer list from your old software as CSV or Excel, then bring it in from Customers → Import customers. In a few minutes your customers, their properties, their regular service and price, and their upcoming visits are all here, with every address already placed on the map. Jobber's files are recognized on their own; for anything else you match the columns once, and Claude, our AI helper, suggests the matches. Nothing is saved until you click Import, and running it again never adds anything twice. Importing works during the free trial too, so you can see your own customers in it from day one.
