Why I built it
Paper timesheets and memory don't hold up across a full route. I wanted arrivals and departures logged without anyone touching a phone, and I wanted those visits to become the invoice without typing them in again.
So LawnClock follows the job from start to finish: the quote, the schedule, the route, the time on site, the extras, and the bill. It's built for lawn care and for snow, residential and commercial.
Built for more than one company
I've worked with computers since the 1990s: I studied programming, built and sold computers, made websites, and wrote CostingPlus, the restaurant software I use in my own pizzeria. Yes, I had AI help me build LawnClock. A big part of that work went into security, because an app only I use is one thing, and an app other companies trust with their customers and their crews is another.
- Each company's customers, crews and records are private to its own account.
- Passwords are never stored in readable form.
- Crew members see their own day and their own hours, never your prices, customers or invoices.
- The phone records a location only when someone arrives at or leaves a job site. It doesn't keep a trail of where they go.
- Your records are yours. Timesheets and reports export to CSV.
Priced for the smallest company
I'm pricing this so even the smallest company can afford it, whether that's one truck or ten.
