How it works
Time on the clock is the area ÷ plowing speed plus hand shoveling and drive time. Labor is that time × crew × labor rate, and the truck runs the whole time. The push price is the cost ÷ (1 − margin), never below the minimum. Salt is the area ÷ 1,000 × your spreading rate, priced by the ton (2,000 lb) with the same margin. The season is pushes × push price plus saltings × salting price.
An estimate to help you price, not advice on what to charge or a tax or engineering calculation. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
LawnClock logs your crew's arrivals and departures at each job automatically, then turns the work into quotes and invoices.
