How it works
Labor is hours times crew size times the labor cost per hour. Add materials and equipment for the job cost, then overhead as a percentage of it. The price is the total cost divided by (1 − margin): at a 20% margin, $80 of cost becomes a $100 price, of which $20 is profit. The markup is the same profit as a percentage of cost.
An estimate to help you price, not advice on what to charge or a tax or engineering calculation. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
LawnClock logs your crew's arrivals and departures at each job automatically, then turns the work into quotes and invoices.
