How it works
Person-hours are the area ÷ the clearing speed, plus the hand work on beds and edges, plus loading time for each cubic yard hauled away. The crew splits them, so the property takes that ÷ crew size on the clock. Drive time is paid for the whole crew. Labor is person-hours times the labor rate, equipment runs for the clock time, and the dump fee is the cubic yards times the fee. The price per cleanup is the cost ÷ (1 − margin), never below your minimum, and the fall total is that times the number of cleanups.
An estimate to help you price, not advice on what to charge or a tax or engineering calculation. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
LawnClock logs your crew's arrivals and departures at each job automatically, then turns the work into quotes and invoices.
