How it works
Person-hours on site are the area ÷ mowing speed plus the trimming time; the crew splits them, so the property takes that ÷ crew size on the clock. Drive time is paid for the whole crew. Labor is person-hours times the labor rate; equipment runs for the clock time. The visit price is the cost ÷ (1 − margin), never below your minimum. The season is visits × that price, and the monthly figure spreads it over 12 months.
An estimate to help you price, not advice on what to charge or a tax or engineering calculation. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
LawnClock logs your crew's arrivals and departures at each job automatically, then turns the work into quotes and invoices.
